We’ve been staying in units managed by Alii Resorts for sometime now. In my opinion they’re as good as it gets. The entire staff works as a team, they are excellent communicators, and when needed they take action to get any issues resolved quickly. They are responsive and proactive in dealing with the concerns of their guests. We had a logistical situation, we needed to move from a large unit to a smaller unit once our children left the island. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help make this transition, smooth and easy. The team was extremely proactive in helping us resolve any issues or challenges. Knowing what I know about Alii resorts I would hesitate renting a unit that was managed by any other company. I know it would be a letdown. Alii Resorts takes the stress and worry away from all aspects of our vacation. On a scale of one to 10 I give them a 10+.

We had a great week in Maui. The Sugar Beach unit we stayed in was perfect for us. We really liked waking up next to the ocean and being able to take a few steps and being on the beach.
